Job summary

Prices Plus Hermit Park in Townsville is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our busy retail team in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role offers 25-35 hours per week with comprehensive training and clear progression opportunities.

You will supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service, operate the POS system, and help maintain a tidy, welcoming store. OT and penalty rates apply within a supportive, people-first team.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or supervisory experience.

• Ensure the store is visually appealing and tidy at all times.
