South Bank Classic Fish & Chips is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor to lead our team in delivering great food, service, and experiences. This hands-on role covers customer service and kitchen operations while supporting daily restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate will bring hospitality leadership, a passion for coaching others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality leadership and shift operations.
• RSA certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.
• Strong customer service and staff coaching skills.

South Bank Classic Fish & Chips opened in July, bringing a classic Aussie fish & chip shop to life with a modern twist, combining fast, high-quality takeaway with relaxed dine-in service.

Located right by the beach, we've quickly built a loyal customer base and are looking for an enthusiastic Shift Supervisor to join our growing team. This hands-on leadership role will see you working across both customer service and kitchen operations while supporting the day to day running of the restaurant.

• Supervisory or shift leading experience is preferred
• RSA certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain) is essential
• First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
