Job summary

South Bank Classic Fish & Chips is seeking a motivated Shift Supervisor to lead our team in delivering great food, service, and experiences. This hands-on role covers customer service and kitchen operations while supporting daily restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate will bring hospitality leadership, a passion for coaching others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership and shift operations.
• RSA certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain).
• First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) is desirable.
• Strong customer service and staff coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and assist kitchen in delivering great food and service.
• Coach, support and motivate team members during shifts.
• Manage shift operations, handle guest issues and ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
