Shift Operator Scrubbing, Milling and Lime

Reporting to the Processing Crew Supervisor, the Operator Scrubbing, Milling and Lime plays a crucial role in the processing operations at our Mount Morgan facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient entry of materials through scrubbing, milling, and lime application, contributing to the overall productivity and safety of our Gold and Copper recoveries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mining processes and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. A keen appreciation of the importance of throughput and steady feed to support our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor scrubbing, milling, and lime processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
• Record and report production data, including material quantities and processing times.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
