Job summary

Spinifex Recruiting is seeking motivated Process Technicians to join the Mill team at a local mine site. This entry-level, hands-on role involves working 12-hour shifts on a 7/7 roster, with days and nights. 7/7 Roster | 12-Hour Shifts | Days & Nights

Looking to get your foot in the door of the mining industry?

We are seeking motivated and physically fit Process Technicians to join the Mill team at a local mine site.

This is an entry-level, hands-on and labour-intensive role, with full training provided. You will be working throughout the processing plant, assisting with the day-to-day operation, cleaning and maintenance of the Mill.

About the Role

• 7/7 rotating roster
• 12-hour shifts, including days and nights
• Hands-on, physically demanding work
• Working throughout the Mill and processing plant
• General labouring, cleaning and operational duties
• Working as part of a supportive team
• Full training provided

About You

We are looking for people who are:

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual, labour-intensive work
• Reliable, hardworking and safety focused
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous mining, processing, labouring or heavy industry experience is advantageous, but not essential

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
• Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment medical
• Be able to successfully pass a National Police Check
• Be physically capable of performing the requirements of the role
• Have the right to work in Australia
