Job summary

Linfox is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a NSW retail transport operation based in Arndell Park. This 6-month opportunity focuses on safe, efficient and compliant day-to-day transport activities, coordinating labour and resources while working with operational teams to deliver high service performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transport, logistics or operational teams in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of transport operations, including CoR and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to coordinate labour, fleet and resources to achieve service outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and decision-making skills focusing on safety and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transport operations to meet safety and performance targets.
