Linfox is seeking a Safety and Compliance Manager to support a major NSW transport operation across multiple sites. This hands-on role focuses on improving safety performance, managing risk and driving continuous improvement with operational teams.

You will lead audits and investigations, analyse trends, and provide practical guidance on transport safety and regulatory compliance. The position offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to influence outcomes across a large network.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport operations or large multi-site environments.
• Strong safety and compliance background.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety.
• Experience leading audits, investigations and corrective actions.
• Understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to build relationships and influence operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Conduct audits, site inspections and compliance reviews across multiple sites.
• Analyse safety and compliance performance to identify trends and risks.
• Provide advice on transport safety, compliance and risk management practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with operational teams and customer stakeholders.
