Job summary

Visy Specialties is a leader in litho-laminated packaging and point-of-sale displays, based in Kilsyth, Victoria. This hands-on leadership role takes ownership of a shift, keeps production running smoothly, and helps build a team that supports each other while delivering high-quality work.

• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment
• Packaging experience (litho/offset printing highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and operational performance
• A hands-on approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication and people leadership skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A practical, solutions-focused mindset
• Flexibility to support shift-based operations

Visy Specialties is a leader in litho-laminated packaging and point-of-sale displays, offering a true end-to-end solution from design through to finished product.

Based in Kilsyth, you’ll be working at a site with some of the most advanced printing and finishing equipment in the country, delivering high-quality packaging to a wide range of customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of a shift, keep things running smoothly, and build a team that performs well and looks out for each other.
