Job summary

Visy is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Lead to coordinate site electrical activities on a fixed day shift (Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm) at the Gold Coast plant. You will drive reliability, oversee maintenance records and support projects and contractor work while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will bring a Queensland Electrical Licence and FMCG experience, with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment and a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current Queensland Electrical Licence is required.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach and influence teams in a fast-paced setting.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating electrical maintenance activities across the plant to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

• Shift Details: Fixed day shift Monday to Friday (6am to 2pm)
