• Lead the EJ Way and support the team during service.
• Maintain smooth daily operations and high standards of service.

• Assist rostering and shift organisation.
• Drive performance against restaurant goals and KPIs.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness and WHS standards.
• Manage stock levels to keep the kitchen and service on track.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across service, food quality, safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the EJ Way and supporting the team during service
• Keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently
• Coaching and training team members to build confidence and capability
• Delivering consistent, guest-focused experiences
• Supporting rostering and shift organisation
• Helping drive performance against restaurant goals and KPIs
• Upholding food safety, cleanliness and WHS standards
• Managing stock levels so the kitchen and service never miss a beat
