Job summary

El Jannah is seeking confident Shift Leaders to help run great shifts and lead strong teams. You’ll be the steady presence on shift, supporting the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

You’ll oversee service quality, food safety and teamwork, coach staff, support rostering, and drive performance against restaurant goals. This is a growth opportunity within a growing national brand.

About the Role

We’re looking for confident and motivated Shift Leaders to help run great shifts and lead great teams. As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the steady presence on shift, setting the pace, supporting the team and making sure every guest has a positive experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across service, food quality, safety and teamwork.
