Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and develop the front- and back-of-house team, ensuring guests receive outstanding service and consistently safe, high-quality food.

You will lead, coach and motivate staff in a fast-paced setting, and pursue Food Safety Supervisor and Responsible Service of Alcohol qualifications, with opportunities for career progression.

This role offers flexible rosters, training and the chance to grow with a leading, authentic Mexican brand.

Qualificações

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
