Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and motivate the team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to food safety standards. You will help drive operational excellence and foster a positive atmosphere for teammates.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in fast-paced settings, a commitment to customer service, and willingness to complete required food safety and RSA certifications.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course.
