Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and coach the team, uphold food safety and quality standards, and drive guest satisfaction. You will lead daily operations, mentor crew, and set the tone for outstanding service.

With a focus on safety, teamwork and guest experience, you’ll implement training, monitor performance and support career growth toward roles such as Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completion or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completion or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
