Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support the team during service.
• Keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Coach and train team members to build capability.
• Deliver consistent, guest-focused experiences.
• Support rostering and shift organisation.
• Help drive performance against restaurant goals and KPIs.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness and WHS standards.
• Manage stock levels to avoid shortages.
