Job summary

El Jannah is seeking a casual temporary Shift Leader to help run shifts across our Australian locations. You will be the steady presence on shift, lead the team and ensure every guest has a positive experience while maintaining high standards of service, food quality, safety and teamwork.

Experience in QSR or fast-paced hospitality matters, with a calm, confident leadership style, strong communication, and a genuine passion for food and guest experience.

We’re looking for confident and motivated Shift Leaders to help run great shifts and lead great teams. As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the steady presence on shift, setting the pace, supporting the team and making sure every guest has a positive experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across service, food quality, safety and teamwork.
