• Helping drive performance against restaurant goals and KPIs.
• Upholding food safety, cleanliness and WHS standards.
• Managing stock levels so the kitchen and service never miss a beat.

We're looking for confident and motivated shift leaders to help run great shifts and lead great teams. As a shift leader, you'll be the steady presence on shift, setting the pace, supporting the team, and making sure every guest has a positive experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards across service, food quality, safety, and teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing
