Job summary

RATP DEV Australia is seeking a Traffic Controller to join the Operations Control Centre for the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project. You will regulate train movements, support commissioning, and ensure safe, reliable passenger services through shift-based operations.

In this role, you will monitor ATS/DSPM systems, respond to incidents, and communicate with stakeholders to maintain service integrity and safety across the network.

Qualifications

• Safety-critical role requiring strong operational judgement.
• Experience in regulating train movements is advantageous.
• Willingness to work shifts and on-site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage train movements across mainline and facility.
• Support test & commissioning activities safely.
• Regulate services and respond to degraded operations.
• Monitor ATS and DSPM, identify faults and take action.
• Provide timely customer information and announcements.
