Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a SHE Manager Supply Chain to lead safety, health and environmental strategy across our Oceania logistics network. You will partner with senior leaders to embed safety into daily decisions, coach leaders, and drive continuous improvement in compliance and culture to ensure people go home safe every day.

• Proven experience within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong leader who can influence at all levels and drive safety outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, business-focused solutions.
• Strong coaching and communication skills across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Australia and the Oceania region to partner with leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of SHE programs, systems and compliance across Nestlé's Oceania logistics network.
• Partner with Supply Chain leaders to strengthen safety performance and embed a high performing SHE culture.
• Drive the market-wide audit program in line with Nestlé standards, legal requirements and governance obligations.
• Coach and influence leaders and teams to build capability, accountability and engagement in SHE.
• Lead investigations and turn insights into practical solutions that deliver business impact.
• Collaborate with the Oceania SHE team and key stakeholders to enhance systems, training and best practices.
• Champion supply chain security activities across all sites supporting the Nestlé security strategy.
