Electrolux ANZ is seeking a senior Work Health, Safety & Wellbeing leader to drive our safety strategy, governance and culture across Australia and New Zealand. This role oversees WHS across offices, warehouses, logistics, service operations and seven national distribution centres, and acts as Site Safety Manager for Mascot headquarters.

You will lead incident investigations, audits and training while partnering with Finance, HR and Legal to embed global safety standards and build a proactive

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading WHS strategy across large, multi-site organisations.
• Deep knowledge of Australian and NZ WHS legislation and practical business outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence executives and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead ANZ WHS strategy and governance framework across Australia and New Zealand.
• Own and improve the WHS management system, including ISO 45001 implementation.
• Lead risk management across offices, warehouses, logistics, service operations and distribution centres.
• Investigate incidents, drive corrective actions and audits; oversee insurance governance.
• Develop and deliver safety training and leadership capability; promote safe culture.
