Job description

Position Summary

This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) culture across Nestlé's Oceania Supply Chain network. As the SHE Manager Supply Chain, you'll be the trusted expert and strategic partner to senior leaders, driving compliance, operational excellence and continuous improvement across our supply chain, including distribution centres and logistics operations. More than a compliance role, you'll influence how safety is embedded into everyday decisions and coach leaders at every level to create a culture where people go home safe every day. If you're passionate about safety, driven to understand the "why" behind risks and behaviours, and motivated by creating safer workplaces through influence and leadership, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact across one of Australia's leading supply chain networks.

  • Drive the market-wide audit program, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards, legal requirements and governance obligations.
  • Coach and influence leaders and operational teams to build capability, accountability and engagement in SHE.
  • Lead investigations, identify improvement opportunities and turn insights into practical solutions that deliver real business impact.
  • Partner with the Oceania SHE team and key stakeholders to continuously enhance systems, training and best practices.
  • Champion supply chain security activities across all sites supporting the Nestle security strategy.

  • A passion for safety, with the curiosity to understand the "why" behind risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • The ability to balance operational priorities while keeping safety at the forefront.
  • A growth mindset with strong learning agility, enabling you to quickly build capability and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to travel regularly across Australia and the Oceania region to partner with leaders and teams, delivering training, audits and safety initiatives where they matter most.
  • Experience leading management system audits and working with SHE frameworks, including ISO standards, would be advantageous but is not essential.

Full Australian working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
