Job summary

Nestlé Smithtown, NSW, is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager to lead the factory's SHE strategy and program. You will drive a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace while partnering with plant leadership to integrate SHE into daily decisions.

Applicants should bring extensive SHE management experience in manufacturing, plus OH&S or environmental qualifications and strong change, communication and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

Experience leading SHE programs in a manufacturing setting.
Formal OH&S or Environmental qualification required.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Ability to influence behaviour and drive a safety culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Factory's SHE strategy and program.
Monitor performance and integrate SHE into business decisions.
Ensure compliance with SHE requirements and achieve ISO14001/ISO45001.
Coach leadership team to meet SHE objectives and integrate SHE into operations.
Maintain SHE data and promote safety, health and environment culture.
Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions and audits.
