Job summary

• Experience in business operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in process mapping, modelling, workflow analysis and documentation.
• Ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, simplification and automation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple business areas.
• Experience working in large or complex organisations is highly desirable.
