Airservices Australia is seeking a Shared Services Improvement Coordinator to drive optimisation of Payroll, Procurement, Employee Services, Revenue Services and related processes across a national shared services function. You will analyse current-state processes, identify opportunities for efficiency and automation, and contribute to future-state designs and implementations.

Drive business process improvement across Shared Services by analysing, designing and optimising critical operational processes that enhance efficiency, automation and service delivery outcomes.

As the Shared Services Improvement Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the optimisation of core shared services functions including Payroll, Procurement, Employee Services, Revenue Services, Travel & Expense Management, and Purchase to Pay Services. Working closely with the Shared Services Improvement Lead and stakeholders across the business, you will analyse current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the design and implementation of future-state solutions.
You will be involved in process mapping, documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, change management activities and identifying opportunities to leverage technology and automation. The team is focused on delivering efficient, scalable and customer-focused services that support organisational success.
