As a Procurement Specialist within the Procurement Services team, you will partner with stakeholders across Corporate Services and Infrastructure to deliver strategic sourcing, contract management and supplier management outcomes that maximise value from third-party expenditure. You will provide expert advice on acquisition strategies, procurement processes and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with organisational frameworks and the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPR).
Reporting to the Procurement Services Lead, you will collaborate closely with leaders, project managers and suppliers to drive procurement excellence, supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll join a collaborative team that prides itself on delivering practical commercial outcomes, building strong stakeholder relationships and supporting the organisation's strategic objectives
You are a commercially minded procurement professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving complex business challenges and delivering compliant, value-driven outcomes. You bring a proactive approach, strong communication skills and the confidence to influence and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders.
