Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking a Shared Services Improvement Coordinator to drive optimisation of Payroll, Procurement, Employee Services, Revenue Services and related processes across a national shared services function. Qualifications

• Experience in business operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in process mapping, process modelling, workflow analysis and business process documentation.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, simplification and automation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple business areas.
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience supporting change initiatives and embedding improved ways of working.
• Experience working within large or complex organisations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to future-state design and implementation.
