Job summary

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Case Manager. This full-time role provides trauma-informed case management for clients with complex needs, focusing on mental health and coordinated services.

You will advocate, deliver outreach, and coordinate interagency meetings while respecting Aboriginal culture and confidentiality. Applicants should have SEWB knowledge, strong partnership skills, and a current NT driver’s

Qualifications

Trauma-informed and strengths-based case management experience.
Knowledge of Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) principles.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external providers.
Maintain strict confidentiality in health care settings.
Cultural sensitivity within the Aboriginal community.
Awareness of Aboriginal culture and health context in Central Australia.
Current NT Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
Willingness to travel to remote locations.

Responsibilities

Provide SEWB case management to clients referred for SEWB support.
Coordinate and deliver individualised support including advocacy and life skills.
Facilitate access to Congress services and coordinating interagency meetings.
Address complex needs across mental and physical health, family and community factors.
