Job summary

Infinity Group Australia is seeking a Settlements Coordinator to manage the settlement lifecycle for property developments. You will coordinate with brokers, conveyancers and internal teams to keep settlements on track from 90 days out to completion.

The role combines hands-on administration with proactive problem solving to prevent delays. You will review contracts, monitor critical dates, and escalate issues before deadlines.

Qualifications

• Settlements coordination experience.
• Understanding of mortgage lending process from approval to settlement.
• Exposure to contracts, conveyancing and settlement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as central liaison between brokers, conveyancers, solicitors, developers and internal teams.
• Monitor settlement pipelines and critical dates across multiple developments.
• Review contracts and reports to identify risks early.
• Challenge brokers on missing information, timelines and conditions.
• Ensure finance files are prepared, progressed and lodged correctly.
• Manage valuations and liaise with valuers as required.
• Escalate settlement or finance issues before deadlines are missed.
• Provide clear settlement and finance status updates to external stakeholders.
• Review high-risk files weekly to ensure actions are completed on time.
• Maintain confidence, prioritisation and calm decision-making as settlement deadlines are immovable.
