Job summary

Medpro Finance Corporation Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Settlement Specialist to join the Settlements team. The role covers documentation, settlements, securities and related processes, with exposure to PPSR and office support duties.

The ideal candidate has experience in commercial lending settlements, good numeracy and attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel. A proactive, collaborative approach will help support the sales team and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial lending settlements role with exposure to PPSR is essential.
• Experience in a residential property lending settlements role is desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong numeracy.
• Proficiency with day-to-day use of Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Documentation and Compliance: Check customer contracts, security deeds and related documents against credit approval prior to sign-up.
• Documentation and Compliance: Check customer contracts received from clients and those sent for settlement for completeness and accuracy.
• Documentation and Compliance: Confirm pre-settlement conditions are met and all settlement/operational requests are compliant with KYC/AML/CTF legislation.
