Job summary

Arabic Welfare invites applications for the SETS Manager, Settlement Engagement and Transition Support. This senior role leads program delivery, governance, and client outcomes, reporting to the CEO and guiding a team of 7–10 staff across settlement services.

You will translate Department of Home Affairs requirements into effective operations, manage resources, build stakeholder partnerships, and ensure safeguarding and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• The role leads the SETS program ensuring delivery, compliance and client outcomes.
• Experience in welfare, settlement services or related sectors preferred.
• Ability to translate funder requirements into service delivery and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the SETS program and manage a team of 7–10 staff.
• Ensure program delivery aligns with Department of Home Affairs requirements and funding.
• Monitor performance, budgets, risks and governance compliance.
• Foster partnerships with community, health, education and AMEP providers.
• Champion culturally responsive, trauma-informed client services.
