Job summary

Arabic Welfare seeks a SETS Manager to lead the Settlement Engagement and Transition Support program. You will drive service delivery, governance, and performance while supervising a multidisciplinary team and coordinating with the CEO and senior leaders.

You will manage budgets, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and foster partnerships with government, education and health providers to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strategic and operational leadership of the SETS program.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Contractual reporting, budgets and program performance.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SETS program and report to the CEO on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Direct 7–10 SETS staff and provide performance management.
• Ensure compliance with funding, governance, safeguarding and organisational requirements.
• Manage program resources and budgets to meet outputs/outcomes.
• Develop partnerships with government and service providers to support settlement outcomes.
