Job summary

Veracity, a ServiceNow-focused consulting partner, is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our delivery team in Sydney. You will support projects deploying Now-based workflows for Veracity clients globally, liaising with clients to identify requirements and delivering configuration and scripting work.

Work with a project team to ensure on-time delivery, provide ongoing customer support, build reports, ensure data quality, and implement new integrations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals, configuration and scripting.
• Experience liaising with clients to identify and document requirements.
• Ability to work with a project team to deliver assigned work on time.

• Liaise with clients to identify and document requirements for ServiceNow deployments.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions to meet requirements.
• Provide ongoing support including report building, data quality, and integrations.
