Job summary

DXC Technology seeks a dedicated ServiceNow Solution Architect to design solution maps and keep demonstrations current, collaborating with Sales and Delivery in Canberra, Sydney, or Melbourne. You will develop and implement solution strategies and roadmaps for existing and new clients, demonstrating deep ServiceNow capabilities and licensing knowledge.

Australian Government Clearance is advantageous. Willingness to travel onsite and interstate is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting roles.
• Ability to convey the technical solution strategy and vision to client executives.
• Conduct research on industry trends and IT service best practices to align solutions with client needs.
• Develop and implement business solutions and strategies for assigned customers.

ServiceNow Solution Architect - Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne

DXC ServiceNow is seeking for a dedicated and dynamic Solution Architect to join our growing team. You will design solution maps, keep product demonstrations and materials up to date, and work directly with our Sales and Delivery team. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing solution strategies, architectures, and roadmaps for existing and new DXC ServiceNow clients. This includes making estimates, creating Statements of Work, and other tasks.

You will have a thorough understanding of ServiceNow's most recent capabilities, as well as certifications in ITSM, ITBM, HR, along with ITOM, IRM, and SecOps, including complex integrations. You will have a clear advantage if you have over 5 years of industry experience, particularly in ServiceNow Platformlicensingand familiarity with sectors such as Banking, Government, Healthcare, and Utilities.

Suitable candidates must have Australian Government Clearance.

Responsibilities:
