DXC Technology seeks a dedicated ServiceNow Solution Architect to design solution maps and keep demonstrations current, collaborating with Sales and Delivery in Canberra, Sydney, or Melbourne. You will develop and implement solution strategies and roadmaps for existing and new clients, demonstrating deep ServiceNow capabilities and licensing knowledge.

Australian Government Clearance is advantageous. Willingness to travel onsite and interstate is expected.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting roles.
• Ability to convey the technical solution strategy and vision to client executives.
• Conduct research on industry trends and IT service best practices to align solutions with client needs.
• Develop and implement business solutions and strategies for assigned customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Expert understanding of end-to-end processes and license models for ServiceNow products.
• Industry-specific knowledge to build credibility with customers and provide relevant stories.
• Act as an evangelist for strategic innovation areas within the industry.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• A robust professional network to extend capabilities.
• Propose well-formulated, practical solutions and recommendations for complex challenges to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Broad understanding of digital transformation trends.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Willing to travel onsite and interstate for customer meetings and demonstrations.
