Job summary

Suncorp in Australia is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to define the technical architecture and implementation strategy for an enterprise-wide platform. You will establish governance, standards and an operating model for secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

You’ll work across solution design and deployment, balancing configuration, coding and integration with long-term platform value, while driving upgrades and improving platform health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow solution design and architecture exposure.
• Experience designing APIs, middleware integrations, workflows, data models and secure platform solutions.
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, coding standards and platform constraints.
• Experience providing technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
