Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services in Sydney CBD is seeking a senior ServiceNow HR Service Delivery expert to lead design and delivery for a large HR transformation program.

You will define engineering patterns, drive AI-enabled automation, and build secure integrations using REST and SOAP, partnering with HR and tech leaders.

Hybrid work arrangement with 3 fixed days in the Sydney office on a 12-month banking client project.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience applying AI tools to automate workflows.
• Proven technical leadership and roadmap influence.
• Understanding enterprise architecture, security compliance, data governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions aligned with corporate HR strategy.
• Define engineering patterns, code standards, and platform governance across the delivery team.
• Drive the adoption of AI-driven capabilities and intelligent automation to streamline complex employee workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain robust, secure enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP web services.
• Partner with senior technology and HR leadership to translate complex business needs into scalable technical designs.

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, with deep expertise in HRSD.
• Strong technical experience engineering complex system integrations leveraging REST and SOAP protocols.
• Demonstrated exposure to incorporating AI tools and automated workflows to increase engineering and operational efficiency.
• Proven technical leadership experience, with the capability to influence technical roadmap and challenge traditional methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of enterprise architecture principles, security compliance, and data governance standards.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with a strong strategic mindset and problem-solving drive.
• 12 months contract with a Banking client.
• Hybrid working model with 3 fixed days/ week in the office in Sydney CBD.
