Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia seeks a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience to design, develop and support HRSD solutions. You will drive platform improvements, integrations and automation while collaborating with HR and Technology teams to enhance the employee experience.

The role involves configuring HRSD components, building workflows, and maintaining integrations with major HR platforms in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong HRSD implementation experience.

• Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and API integration experience.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors, UKG or similar HR platforms.

Senior ServiceNow Developer - HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

We're looking for a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience. You'll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting HRSD solutions while delivering ongoing platform improvements, integrations and automation initiatives. Working closely with HR and Technology teams, you'll help drive a modern and scalable employee experience platform.

Core Tasks

• Design, configure and develop solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Configure HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop workflows, forms, catalogue items, portals and HR services.
• Build and maintain integrations with SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years' ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
