Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong HRSD experience to design, develop and support HRSD solutions. You will lead platform improvements, ensure scalable employee experiences, and collaborate with HR and Technology teams in a hybrid work environment.

You will work across HRSD, Employee Centre, SuccessFactors integrations and drive automation initiatives while leveraging your deep HRSD knowledge and ServiceNow expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation experience.
• Experience with HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Configure HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop workflows, forms, catalogue items, portals and HR services.
• Build and maintain integrations with SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and API integration.

The Low Down

We're looking for a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience. You'll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting HRSD solutions while delivering ongoing platform improvements, integrations and automation initiatives. Working closely with HR and Technology teams, you'll help drive a modern and scalable employee experience platform.

Core Tasks

• Design, configure and develop solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Configure HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop workflows, forms, catalogue items, portals and HR services.
• Build and maintain integrations with SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• 5+ years' ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Centre and Lifecycle Events.
• Strong Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and API integration experience.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors, UKG or similar HR platforms.
• $150,000 + super, up to 14% bonus.
