Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services in Sydney CBD is seeking a senior ServiceNow HR Service Delivery expert to lead design and delivery for a large HR transformation program.

You will define engineering patterns, drive AI-enabled automation, and build secure integrations using REST and SOAP, partnering with HR and tech leaders.

Hybrid work arrangement with 3 fixed days in the Sydney office on a 12-month banking client project.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Experience applying AI tools to automate workflows.
• Proven technical leadership and roadmap influence.
• Understanding enterprise architecture, security compliance, data governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HRSD solutions aligned with HR strategy.
• Define engineering patterns, code standards, and platform governance.
• Drive adoption of AI-driven capabilities and intelligent automation for workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into scalable designs.
