UniSuper seeks a ServiceNow Lead to own and continuously improve UniSuper's ServiceNow platform. You will drive governance, roadmap delivery, upgrades and lifecycle management to maximise value from technology investments and support top-tier technology outcomes.

You will lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical domains, and ensure platform health while championing automation and DevOps practices in a complex enterprise setting.

Qualifikationen

• Deep ServiceNow expertise and platform delivery experience.
• Experience mentoring high-performing teams and delivering ServiceNow outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM within a ServiceNow environment.
• Background in Agile, CI/CD, ITIL, SDLC and DevOps practices.

About you

You bring deep ServiceNow expertise and a strong understanding of contemporary technology delivery practices. You thrive in complex environments, balancing strategic priorities with operational excellence while building effective relationships across technical, business and vendor stakeholders.

• Experience mentoring high-performing teams and delivering ServiceNow configuration and service quality outcomes
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM and related modules
• Expertise in Agile, CI/CD, ITIL, SDLC and DevOps practices within a ServiceNow environment
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills across multiple work streams
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to translate business and process requirements into platform solutions
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
