Job summary

Milestone Information Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Domain Architect for Technology Applications. The role focuses on architectural leadership, designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, and guiding integrations and CMDB strategies.

You will work with senior stakeholders to shape platform strategy, ensure governance, and deliver complex architectural improvements across ITSM, Discovery and Service Mapping.

Qualifications

• Significant ServiceNow development, engineering, configuration or implementation experience.
• Track record designing solutions, not just gathering requirements or coordinating delivery.
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, data and service models, CMDB and integration patterns.
• Experience across ITSM, Discovery and Service Mapping; exposure to SecOps or HRSD is advantageous.
• Sound understanding of software-development lifecycles, Agile delivery and production support.
• Experience leading developers, technical specialists or managed-service teams.
• Ability to challenge designs, explain trade-offs and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and communication skills.
• Governance, security, service continuity and continuous improvement mindset.

Using ServiceNow as their core ticketing and CMDB solution, they are on the lookout for someone who wants to be part of a business that is now looking to further cement its reputation as a world leader.

We are looking for:

• Significant ServiceNow development, engineering, configuration or implementation experience
• A track record designing solutions - not simply gathering requirements or coordinating delivery
• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, data and service models, CMDB and integration patterns
• Experience across ITSM, Discovery and Service Mapping; exposure to SecOps or HRSD is advantageous
• Sound understanding of software-development lifecycles, Agile delivery and production support
• Experience leading developers, technical specialists or managed-service teams
• The confidence to challenge designs, explain trade-offs and influence senior technical and business stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving, planning and communication skills
• A practical approach to governance, security, service continuity and continuous improvement

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD and relevant CIS credentials will be highly regarded, as will ITIL 4 and Agile/Scrum certification.
