Infosys Limited in Sydney is seeking a senior ServiceNow Delivery lead to drive transformation and deliver large opportunities. You will lead presales, solutioning, and end-to-end delivery with governance, and own account growth through upsell and cross-sell of services.

Flexible hybrid working arrangements apply, subject to case-by-case review. The role requires 15+ years in ServiceNow and strong leadership, communications, and stakeholder management skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Servicenow Certifications and 15+ years experience in Servicenow.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects with Servicenow implementations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Lead Presales and Solutioning for large ServiceNow opportunities.
• Own account growth through upsell and cross-sell of services and solutions.
• Act as the single point of accountability for customer relationships and overall engagement health.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery with strong quality, governance, and operational rigor.
• Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring stability and continuity.
• Drive delivery stability through effective resource planning and risk management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to meet revenue, margin, and CSAT targets.
