Job summary

Infosys in Sydney is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Delivery professional to lead transformation initiatives and deliver large-scale ServiceNow programs. You will own client relationships, drive solution architecture, and ensure end-to-end delivery with governance and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional collaboration with stakeholders. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available; bachelor’s or master’s in CS/IT is required, and ServiceNow

• Ensure noiseless, end-to-end delivery with strong quality, governance, and operational rigor
• Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring stability and continuity
• Drive delivery stability through effective resource planning and risk management
• Partner with internal stakeholders to meet revenue, margin, and CSAT targets

Roles And Responsibilities

Essential

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred

• Servicenow Certifications, 15+ years experience in Servicenow
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects, with at least two significant implementations for Servicenow
• Proven track record in leadership roles and defining solution architecture
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
• Relevant certifications
