Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to support sales pursuits and complex program delivery for clients in Australia. You will develop solutions, roadmaps, and architecture, applying technology to client business needs while guiding delivery teams through handoffs from sales to delivery.

The role requires experience as a ServiceNow Architect with certified implementations, ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes, and strong communication skills to explain

Qualifications

• Candidate must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 security clearance.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HR/IRM applications.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business terms and outcomes.
• Experience explaining complex topics to business and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for sales opportunities, including value proposition and roadmaps.
• Define architecture and cost estimates for delivery.
