Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a Solution Architect to translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert across HR systems, collaborating with data architects and delivery teams to drive secure, scalable designs.

You will define architecture standards, support releases, and participate in audits related to security and compliance. You will mentor team members and continuously evaluate new technologies to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in solution architecture or senior technical design roles.
• Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture.
• Experience designing complex application and integration solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, application architectures, and system integrations.
• Experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience producing clear and concise architecture documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution underpinned by the client value proposition.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned to business, technical, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs.
• Define system components, integration patterns, data flows, and technology standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure alignment.
• Create detailed documentation outlining solution designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, availability, and regulatory requirements; produce and maintain architecture artefacts.
• Review and approve technical designs and implementation approaches; support delivery teams during build, test, and deployment phases.
• Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution architecture and design; evaluate emerging technologies.
