Job summary

AOE RV Service Centre in Burpengary, QLD, is seeking an experienced Service Centre Manager to lead day-to-day workshop operations, coordinate a team of technicians and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will partner with The Auscamper Group Warranty Team to schedule and book warranty repairs, manage bookings, quotes, parts, and documentation, and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in caravan, camper trailer, RV or automotive service is preferred.
• Experience managing a busy service centre or workshop is required.
• Strong knowledge of caravan servicing, repairs, accessories and warranty processes is essential.
• Experience leading and allocating work to technicians or tradespeople is required.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills are essential.
• Strong organisation, scheduling and time-management abilities are expected.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is important.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of service technicians.
• Manage customer bookings for servicing, repairs, warranty work and accessory installations.
• Schedule approved warranty repairs with The Auscamper Group Warranty Team.
• Gather information from customers for service requests.
• Plan daily and weekly workshop schedules.
• Allocate work based on technician availability and workload.
• Monitor jobs to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Keep customers informed about booking dates and progress.
• Prepare quotes and obtain approvals before additional work.
• Coordinate parts and accessory availability.
• Review completed work and conduct quality checks.
• Maintain accurate job cards, records and photos.
• Manage warranty documentation and communicate outcomes.
• Identify workflow issues and implement improvements.
• Monitor team productivity and KPI metrics.
• Maintain a safe, clean and professional workshop environment.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
