Job summary

Rheem Australia Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a full-time Service Technician to repair, maintain and install the company’s product range across the greater Brisbane area. You will respond to after-sales calls with a professional and customer-focused approach.

You will install and commission appliances to design specifications, complete Rheem training across the full product range, and uphold health and safety standards to protect yourself and the public.

Qualifications

• Air Conditioning & Refrigeration licence and ARC Licence required.
• Current QLD drivers licence required.
• Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all after sales calls in a professional, courteous manner.
• Ensure products are installed and operate within design specifications and standards.
• Evaluate and rectify appliance problems efficiently and accurately; install and commission appliances per quotations.
• Attend Rheem training across the full product range (Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards, Solahart).
• Maintain health and safety of yourself and the public.

About the role

The Service Technician role is responsible for the repair,maintenance, and installation of the company’s range of product inthe greater Brisbane area. Your duties would include:

• Respond to all allocated after sales calls with aprofessional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all timesof the importance of our customer
• Ensure our products are installed and operate within thedesign specifications and relevant standards
• Evaluate and rectify the appliance problem efficiently andaccurately and or install and commission an appliance inaccordance with the quotation
• Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across thefull product range include Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards andSolahart
• Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety of himor her and general public
