Job summary

Rheem is seeking a Service Technician Refrigeration Mechanic to service, repair, and install our product range across the greater Brisbane area, including Loganlea. You will work full-time with a fully equipped van, tools, and ongoing training.

Ideal candidates hold an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration licence with ARC, a current QLD driver’s licence, and are comfortable using electronic devices to document work and communicate with customers and the team. Health and safety come first.

Qualifications

• Air Conditioning & Refrigeration licence and ARC Licence.
• Current QLD drivers licence.
• Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to after-sales calls in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Ensure products are installed and operate within design specs and standards.
• Evaluate and rectify appliance problems or install/commission per quotation.
• Maintain knowledge across Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart product ranges.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines for self and the public.

About the role

The Service Technician role is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of the company’s range of product in the greater Brisbane area. Your duties would include:

• Respond to all allocated after sales calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customer
• Ensure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standards
• Evaluate and rectify the appliance problem efficiently and accurately and or install and commission an appliance in accordance with the quotation
• Maintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range include Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and Solahart
• Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety of him or her and general public
