As a Service Technician (NSW), you will report to our NSW Management Team and take ownership of lift maintenance, repairs and service calls across a diverse client base.
You'll play an important role in delivering reliable, high-quality service while building strong relationships with customers and supporting the wider Service Team. This is a hands-on role suited to a technician who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining high standards.
Perform maintenance, servicing and repairs on lifts and related equipment.
Respond to breakdowns and service call-outs in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the Service Team and Management to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.
Provide professional and reliable customer service while working on-site.
Complete service documentation, reports and other required records accurately and on time.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in the lift industry or a related technical industry.
A current Electrical Licence and White Card.
Full Australian working rights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to customers and colleagues.
A proactive, reliable and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow.
