Job summary

Otis SE in Mascot, NSW is seeking a dedicated Service/Repair Technician to join our growing team. The role involves servicing, repairing, and ensuring the safe operation of customers' assets, supported by a structured service team, training opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.

The successful candidate will hold an Australian electrical trade license or relevant certification, a current driver’s licence, and lift industry experience, with strong communication and safety practices

• Previous experience within the Lift industry is required.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine service and maintenance in accordance with procedures, technical manuals, and safety standards.
• Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold our strong customer service culture.
• Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately.
• Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service/Repair Technician to join our growing team based in Mascot, NSW. As a Service/Repair Technician with Electra Lifts, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers' assets. You'll be supported by a well-structured Service team, access to quality training, and a positive working environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
